TLC-26
Pressure-based
Tank Level Controller
Uses Dynamic Pressure StabilizationTM and Transient Pressure IntegrationTM to monitor system pressure and control the pumps at a pump station. No equipment needed at the tank. Controls pumps by comparing system pressure with Pump-start / Pump-stop pressure settings. Alarm outputs may be connected to an optional automatic telephone dialer or telemetry system.
The following menu-selectable options are available from the display and keypad:
- Pressure transmitter range (5.0 PSI up to 500 PSI)
- Display either system pressure in PSI or tank level in feet
- Pump-start / Pump-stop pressure settings with time delays
- Dynamic pressure offsets for each pump
- Pump-start / Pump-stop control lockout time delay
- Pump alternation and Pump-start and Pump-stop sequencing in two pump systems
- Pump Failed-to-start alarm output
- High and Low discharge pressure shutdown and alarm output
- Low suction pressure shutdown and alarm output
- Phase-loss input with system shutdown and alarm output
- Easy-to-use, menu-driven setup screens -- no need for a setup computer
